US Special Senator Contributes to Joe Biden’s $ 1.7 Trillion Public Spending Bill

Joe Biden has held several talks with Joe Manchin, who sees the project as expensive and says it will increase fuel prices.

U.S. Senator Joe Manchin has handled what appeared to be a disaster Sunday in a major spending bill by President Joe Biden, saying he could not support the passage of the law in a separate court.

The Democrat’s balanced vote is crucial in securing the $ 1.75 billion Build Back Better bill through the Senate, while Biden – along with other top Democrats – has spent weeks trying to gain his support.

“I can not vote for it and I will not be able to vote to continue this law. I will not be able to,” Manchin, a Senator for the Republic of West Virginia, told Fox News on Sunday.

“I’ve tried my best, I can’t come–This is no.”

Biden has held numerous talks with Manchin, who sees the project as expensive and says it will further fuel inflation, which is now a major problem for Biden and US consumers.

“Our Democratic partners in Washington are committed to rebuilding our society in a way that leaves our country in grave danger from threats,” Manchin said in a statement on Twitter.

“I will not be able to risk it with a huge debt of more than $ 29 trillion and real and dangerous inflation taxes for every hard working American.”

The bill aims to fund funding to reduce the cost of child care and medication, to support affordable housing and to invest in transforming energy.

Manchin’s decision is a serious mistake for Biden, who has spent huge sums of money on political reforms in what appears to be a signed bill in his presidency.

Yet he has been optimistic, saying, “I believe we will close our differences and move forward with the Build Back Better program, even in the face of strong opposition from the Republic.”
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Sunday.
Continuing Senator Bernie Sanders took a tough line in response to Manchin’s “no” on Sunday, saying Democrats would take the bill despite his steadfastness.

“I hope we will bring a strong bill under the Senate soon and allow Mr. Manchin to explain to the people of West Virginia why he does not have the courage to stand up for strong special interests,” he told CNN.

The progressive wing of the Democratic Alliance party was outraged by the White House’s offer of a balanced Manchin in favor of supporting the bill.
